CASE STUDY
Eclipse By Thind
Facebook Ads Revamp
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Thind is one of Vancouver’s leading development companies. One of their latest projects Eclipse, is a new highrise with 329 units for sale in the Brentwood area in Burnaby, B.C. Eclipse is currently in its presale stage as it is set for completion in 2025.
Thind was looking to sell the remaining 50% of its condos for its newest highrise called the Eclipse. Using the stunning videography provided by Pique Media, our videography partners, we implemented a very successful Facebook Ads campaign.
THE CHALLENGE
Struggling to sell their presale condos, Thind tried everything to woo people to buy. They ran Google ads, and Facebook ads, and also had an amazing $100,000 buyer credit promotion. However, their Facebook ads struggled significantly. They had a cost per lead of $37.51 and very few conversions from those leads.
Objectives, Strategy & Implementation:
- Define the goals and KPIs for the digital marketing campaign. Make sure they are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound). The objective was to reduce the cost per lead for Facebook Ads, while still obtaining high-quality leads. We were hoping to achieve this within 2 months of launching the Facebook Ads campaigns.
- We implemented our trademark ABC process to the strategy. We first “Absorbed” information about the client and their goals through meetings with the client as well as our own individual research. We then “Built” our solution. This included creating new videos, and static designs for the client. We found that the client currently did not have the Wow factor in any of their designs or videos, and as a result, we sought to deliver this. Employing our great video partners, Pique Media, we were able to develop stunning graphics and highly engaging videos, specifically made for converting on social media. We then proceeded to build out a Facebook Lead ads campaign that ran over both Facebook and Instagram. Then we “Cultivated” the ads campaign through various optimizations and a/b testing of both static graphics and video content.
