ABOUT THE COMPANY
Broadway Smiles is a dental clinic located in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver, British Columbia. After going through recent renovations, they were transformed into a modern dental clinic, that focussed on providing comprehensive treatment to all their patients. This is done through a safe, comfortable, and painless dental experience.
THE CHALLENGE
Having recently purchased the dental practice and overhauled the dental clinic to turn it into a modern dental clinic, Dr. Dhia faced one apparent problem…an aging patient base. Many of the patients at Broadway Smiles were inherited from the previous owner, and the majority of them were retired seniors. In addition to this, there was a lot of competition in Kitsilano, with over 60 different dental clinics in the area.
Objectives, Strategy & Implementation:
- The objective was to increase the number of new patients at Broadway Smiles by 5 new younger patients a month with a small budget of $1000/month.
- The strategy that we developed revolved around not only bringing in younger patients, but younger higher value patients. Thus, we capitalized on the current trends in the area of teeth whitening and had a specific campaign designed to bring in new patients who were interested in getting teeth whitening services from Broadway Smiles. In addition to the Google ads copy, we created one of our trademark conversion-optimized landing pages, and an automatic email funnel that works to help the dental clinic turn leads into patients.
Results
In a 6 month period and $5000 budget, we were able to:
- 94 lead form fill outs
- 66 phone calls to book an appointment
- 31 repeat patients for teeth whitening services
- $62,000+ worth of revenue generated
